Chevron Australia is proud to be the exclusive naming rights sponsor of one of Western Australia’s most iconic community events, the Chevron City to Surf for Activ.
The event features marathon, half marathon, 4km and 12km categories suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and aims to raise money for charities, including event founder Activ Foundation. Activ is a Western Australian charity helping people with disabilities in WA live the life they choose.
Every year, the series attracts tens of thousands of people across the State, with events taking place in Perth, Karratha, Geraldton, Albany and Busselton.
The Perth event is regarded internationally as one of the world's most beautiful marathon courses encompassing the City, Swan River, Kings Park Botanical Gardens and our picturesque beaches.
Registrations are now open for the 2017 Chevron City to Surf for Activ series, being held on the following dates:
- Albany 23 July
- Geraldton 30 July
- Karratha 6 August
- Busselton 13 August
- Perth 27 August
In 2016, participants raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities and Chevron Australia was proud to once again register the largest corporate team, with more than 1,200 participants.
