Appreciating the importance of youth as tomorrow’s oil and gas industry leaders, Chevron Australia actively supports the Petroleum Club of Western Australia’s Schools Information Program.
We provide funding toward and presenters for the program which has been tailored to highlight exciting career opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
Each participating school receives six presentations on the topics of:
- Exploration
- Drilling
- Production
- Transport
- Refining
- Sustainable development
This is followed by a one-day field trip.
We also sponsor the Schools Information Program website and provide a prize of a trip to Barrow Island for selected students.
